Partnership will see Unicorn HRO and Presagia integrate their products and tailor them to meet the growing leave management needs of Unicorn HRO’s customers.

Unicorn HRO and Presagia announced today a strategic partnership for Unicorn HRO to provide Presagia’s leave management software solutions to its customer base. Unicorn HRO is a leading human resources (HR) and payroll software and services company. Presagia develops world-class SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions for workforce absence management. This partnership will see Unicorn HRO and Presagia integrate their products and tailor them to meet the growing leave management needs of Unicorn HRO’s customers.
Driven by complex federal and state leave legislation and increasing risk of litigation by employees, a growing number of employers are looking to technology to solve their leave management problems. Through discussions with customers, this became evident to Unicorn HRO and led it to seek a strategic partner to add this complementary piece to its fully integrated HR solution.

These solutions were developed according to legal best-practices to easily guide employers through leave processes, telling them when steps need to be completed, producing letters, and instantly calculating eligibility and entitlement. This partnership will result in tailored versions of the Leave Module and SimplyLeave being made available to Unicorn HRO’s customers.
