Unicorn HRO Expands Sales Team to Support Aggressive Growth Initiatives

New Hires Instrumental in Addressing Demand for Company's Benefits, HR, Payroll Solutions Across Key Industries

Florham Park, N.J., (January 24, 2017) - Unicorn HRO, an industry leader offering fully integrated human resources, benefits, and payroll solutions, today announced that it is expanding its sales and business development operations with the addition of two new Senior Account Executives, Hank DeCora and Jennifer Hodge.

With a career spanning over 30 years, Hank DeCora comes to Unicorn HRO with an established background in marketing and sales for financial service products as well as payroll and HRIS solutions. A recipient of the Million Dollar Round Table's National Sales Achievement and National Quality awards, Mr. DeCora has served most recently as a Senior Sales Consultant for PCS/Valiant Workforce Management Solutions where he specialized in lead generation and strategic relationship building initiatives within the payroll, HRIS, TLM and hospitality industries. In his role at Unicorn HRO, Mr. DeCora will support new business development as well as sales and service initiatives for new and existing clients.

Jennifer Hodge brings to Unicorn HRO a strong background in sales, marketing, and client relations with a career focus on the human resources and payroll software solutions industry. Ms. Hodge most recently served as an ACA Specialist at PayServ, where she was responsible for managing business development initiatives, cultivating strategic relationships and supporting prospective and existing clients for PayServ's ACA software solution. Ms. Hodge has also worked on sales and business development teams for both Paychex and Wells Fargo Business Payroll Services. In her role at Unicorn HRO, Ms. Hodge's responsibilities will include performing software demos and presentations for prospective clients, supporting add-on sales efforts, and administering account management for existing clients.
