Gill St. Bernard's School

Challenge: The institution’s existing solution lacked the flexibility it required to manage day-to-day, basic functions and was unable to support the complexities of a school payroll.

Day Pitney Law Firm

Challenge: In 2007, two prominent East Coast law firms, Day, Berry & Howard and Pitney Hardin merged to form Day Pitney LLP.  Today, Day Pitney employs over 350 attorneys and approximately 350 support staff in nine offices throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Washington DC. Day Pitney receives RFPs on a daily basis, as well as other internal report requests.  These requests ask for complex historical information, but due to the time sensitive nature of these reports, efficiency is of utmost importance.  Day Pitney's increased size also led to increased demand for RFPs. Day Pitney reached out to Unicorn HRO, a company with a reputation for unmatched customer retention, service, and technological expertise.  What attracted Day Pitney to Unicorn was their ability to create tailored human resources, benefits, and payroll solutions that could meet the unique requirements of the new larger law firm.
