Workforce Management

The Workforce Management system offers features such as notifications – like reminding employees to fill out timesheets.  Workforce Management Functionality includes: Electronic timesheets that are updated by various data collection devices; Company holidays and other pre-approved Time Off is  automatically populated within the appropriate timesheets;  Workflows for simplifying the review, edit, and approval of time, easily identify exceptions to schedules, overtime hours, missing punches; and Notifications like reminding employees to fill out their timesheets.  Managers can quickly identify exception-based occurrences, analyze data collected, and forecast overtime.

And Workforce Management is directly interfaced into the iCON HRIS/Payroll solution so employee data only needs to be entered in one place.
