Powerful Ad-Hoc Reporting with Cognos 8

 Unicorn HRO’s GenevaPlus has hundreds of standard reports and through the use of Cognos 8’s powerful ad-hoc reporting writing tools, end-users are able to write their own reports containing a variety of data elements that are stored and tracked in the GenevaPlus application.

Unicorn HRO has pre-defined all the table relationships for you, eliminating one of the most daunting challenges found in many other ad-hoc report writing solutions. A report writer is of little value if it is difficult to use.

Unicorn HRO’s ad-hoc report writing solution leverages your existing GenevaPlus security model. That means that you don’t need to create multiple sets of security controls – or limit ad-hoc reporting writing access to administrator-level users. If an end-user is configured to not see salary amounts, then that end-user won’t be able to view this data on an ad-hoc report.
